Restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit with a transformative group Breathwork session. Join me for a healing experience that will leave you feeling more aligned, grounded and centered. No prior experience necessary – just come with an open heart and mind. This event is ideal for both first timers and experienced breathers. If you can't find a suitable slot in my calendar, please get in touch. We will start with a short introduction on Breathwork, followed by a calming breath awareness practice. Then we will engage in the technique of Conscious Connected Breathing, followed by a resting and integration phase. The journey will be guided by thoughtfully chosen music and the wisdom of your circular, connected breath. This powerful combination helps you enter a heart-centered space while accessing expanded states of consciousness. As you breathe, more energy and awareness flow into your body, leading to a vibrational shift that releases suppressed energy, emotions, stress, and trauma. This journey awakens both unconscious discomfort and ecstatic bliss, as the Life Force energy intuitively guides you to the places where you need to awaken and let go. After the session, you will have time to gently return to your normal state of being while enjoying some sweets and a nourishing cup of tea.
