Service Description

This event is ideal for both first timers and experienced breathers. In case you have any specific preferences on music or breathing techniques please let me know. If you can't find a suitable slot in my calendar, please get in touch. We will start with a short introduction on Breathwork, followed by a calming breath awareness practice. Then we will engage in the technique of Conscious Connected Breathing, followed by a resting and integration phase. The journey will be accompanied by carefully selected music and the profound guidance of your circular, connected breath. This potent combination facilitates entry into a heart-centered state while allowing access to elevated states of consciousness. As you breathe, increased energy and awareness circulate within you, creating a vibrational shift that helps release suppressed energy, emotions, stress, and trauma. This experience brings to light both hidden discomfort and ecstatic joy, as the Life Force energy instinctively leads you to the areas within, that need awakening and release. After the session, you will have time to gently return to your normal state of being while enjoying a nourishing cup of tea.
